Lhasa, capital of the Tibet is autonomous region of china covers an area of 544 sq km and is also known as “The land of Gods” in Tibetan. Tibet is most beautiful place and the majority of its land lies above 4000 meters and is surrounded by high mountain ranges.  Tibet is one of the most remarkable places to visit in Asia. It offers fabulous monastery sights, breathtaking high – altitude treks, and stunning views of the world’s highest mountains.
Lhasa, the holy city of Tibet, is a mysterious but spiritual heart of all Tibetan people. It is also an amazing with incredible and untouched landscape. The major attractions of Short Tibet Tour are; Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple etc.

Day 01: Arrival at Lhasa and transfers to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Sightseeing of Jokhang Temple and Sera Monastery. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Sightseeing of Ganden Monastery and Drayerpa cave (5-6 hrs).

Day 04: Sightseeing of Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Final departure – transfers to the airport or to the train station.

Day 01: Arrival at Lhasa and transfer to the hotel.
Up on arrival in Lhasa, you will meet our official tour representative and then transfers you to the hotel. Check in at hotel and overnight stay.

Day 02: Sightseeing of Jokhang Temple and Sera Monastery.
Guided sightseeing tour of Sera Monastery, Norbulinka and the famous Jokhang Temple, one of the most respected shrines in all of Tibet and is always bustling with spiritual worshippers. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Sightseeing of Ganden Monastery and Drayerpa cave (5-6 hrs).

Morning trip to Ganden Monastery which is located at the top of wangbur mountain (3800m) in the Lhatse county around 57km east from Lhasa. In the afternoon the tour extends to Drayerpa cave within the beautiful landscapes. There are 30 and more caves with peace and pleasant environments in this area for the monks to meditate.

Day 04: Sightseeing Potala palace, Drepung monastery.
A trip to Tibet would not be complete without visiting the popular Potala Palace. This palace is Lhasa’s cardinal landmark and is a wonder of eastern architecture. Your first visit of this massive structure will be a magical moment remembered for years to come. It has been a palace since the fifth or sixth century and was once home to the Dalai Lama. This truly amazing day will ended with a visit to the Drepung Monastery. Once the world’s largest monastery, housing 10,000 monks, Drepung Monastery lies hidden in rocky ridges just beyond the city. Surprisingly much of the building was left untouched throughout so many hundred of years. Overnight at hotel in Lhasa.

Day 05: Final departure – transfers to the airport or to the train station.
Drive to airport or to the train station for your final departure or extra tour days can be extended as per your desire also.
